八丁味噌が美味い!【簡単料理】☆一夜干しで簡単 鯖の味噌煮☆

和食の定番『鯖の味噌煮』を生鯖ではなく一夜干しで作ってみました!味噌は白味噌をベースに八丁味噌を少し加えてコクを出しました。鯖は一夜干しで塩分が強いのでさっと火が入る程度に煮て、煮汁を詰めたものと合わせました。煮込む時間を短縮でき、旨味もある一品に仕上がりました!
